Shipping and Delivery Information

We are committed to providing our customers with a smooth and convenient shipping experience. To ensure this, we have outlined our shipping and delivery policy below, which includes flat rate shipping options for both local USA-based shipping and international shipping.

DELIVERY INFORMATION- UNITED STATES 

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive confirmation of payment, Monday through Friday.

Our warehouse will select the courier your order is shipped with based on the best option available: UPS Standard Ground, UPS Express including Next Day or 2nd Day, USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express, FedEx, or DHL.

We provide the following shipping options for deliveries within the United States:

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days):

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. 
  • If you haven’t received this email, we suggest checking your promotional or spam folders, as occasionally we see these filtered there by mistake.
  • In the unlikely event that you don’t receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.
  • To estimate when your package will arrive, count the business days starting the day after your package ships (Ex.- If your order ships on a Tuesday, Wednesday would be the first business day in transit). Add one business day to your estimated arrival date if a holiday occurs while your package is in transit.
  • This date is just an estimation and may change during transit. Please keep in mind that our shipping method timelines are in business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
  • As we ship from warehouses in the US, all Federal holidays may affect shipping timelines.
  • Note: Please keep in mind that the holiday season may cause delays in arrival. We appreciate your patience.
  • We do not currently ship to PO Boxes in the United States.
  • Shipping rates are subject to change based on carrier pricing updates and promotions.
  • Please also note that carriers are still experiencing delays due to the surge in demand. Please keep a close eye on your tracking and feel free to (contact us link) if you have any questions or concerns!

ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE MAINLAND US:

Please allow 14 days for your order to be delivered after it is shipped, as transit times are longer to destinations outside the mainland US.

Customs Duties, Import Fees, and VAT Taxes

The following statement clarifies that General Graphene Corporation will import the goods on behalf of the consignee or buyer. The consignee authorizes General Graphene Corporation to carry out the importation process. Additionally, the consignee or buyer acknowledges that General Graphene Corporation may delegate the responsibility of importing the goods to a subcontractor, such as a customs broker. The consignee or buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. It is the consignee’s responsibility to pay for any taxes and duties associated with purchasing the goods in addition to the purchase price. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates.

Customs duty, Sales or Value-Added Tax, or any other applicable tax are not calculated or included in the total at the online store checkout.

If your territory requires you to pay Customs Duty, Sales or Value Added Tax (VAT), or any other required tax, you are responsible for paying it to the authorities either prior to or at the time of delivery. The amount of Customs Duty, Sales or Value Added Tax (VAT), or other applicable tax and whether it is required depends on your country’s and/or territory’s specific regulations.

If you are not certain whether you will be charged Customs Duty, Sales or Value-Added Tax (VAT), or any other applicable tax, we suggest contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order with us.

Note: Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a form of identification before releasing a shipment, such as a Passport, Tax ID, etc.

WHAT IF I DON’T PAY THE CUSTOMS DUTY OR VALUE ADDED TAX?

If you wish to decline the customs fee, applicable taxes, or Value-Added Tax (VAT or GST), we will have to communicate with the courier and ensure that the parcel is returned to General Graphene Corporation before processing a refund for your order. In some cases, a shipping and handling fee may be subtracted from the refund amount.

Holiday Shipping and timelines

Although we have established a shipping timeline to ensure timely delivery of packages, it is essential to understand that logistics issues and carrier delays can occur during Federal and International holidays and the holiday seasons. Therefore, it is common to experience delays during these periods throughout the year. We highly recommend placing any orders required around a holiday or holiday season as early as possible to avoid any issues with receiving your package. 

Below are also important dates to note as well.

Our warehouse is closed on the following dates:

* 01/01 (New Years)

* 05/27 (Memorial Day)

* Thursday and Friday 07/04 and 07/05 (Independence Day Observed)

* 09/02 (Labor Day)

* Thursday and Friday 11/28 and 11/29 (Thanksgiving Observed)

* Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 12/25, 12/26, and 12/27 (Christmas Observed)

Please note that we see delays with the carriers regularly throughout the holiday season.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email titled “Shipping Confirmation” containing a tracking link. Usually, within 24-48 hours of receiving the shipping confirmation email, your tracking number will be updated for the first time. At this point, you will be able to see the carrier’s estimated delivery date for your order. Alternatively, you can log in to your General Graphene Account to track your order. 

Please note that the delivery date is only an estimate and may change during transit. Also, keep in mind that our shipping timelines are in business days, and do not include weekends or holidays.

ALREADY HAVE A GENERAL GRAPHENE ACCOUNT?

  1. Log into your Account (link). 
  2. Check the status of your order.
  3. If the order has been fulfilled, select the order (If the status is not yet fulfilled, try again in 24 hours to allow us a little longer to fulfill your order)
  4. Click on the tracking link to be directed to your tracking number and information.

Alternatively, you can use the link that is included in your shipping confirmation email to track your shipment.

If you haven’t received your tracking confirmation, please check your spam or promotions folder, as it may have been filtered there. If you still can’t find the confirmation, please reach out to us at (link), and we will be happy to provide it for you.

WHAT IF MY TRACKING HASN’T UPDATED?

Tracking numbers are generally updated by couriers every 24-48 hours. However, there might be additional delays while your order is in transit. If you are facing such a situation, the first thing you should do is check your tracking details. Often, couriers hold up orders due to issues like an incorrect address or customs fees. 

If you realize that you have entered an incorrect or incomplete address, you can find help by clicking on this link (insert link). 

If your tracking details haven’t been updated for a few days, don’t worry—your order should still be on its way to you. However, if it has been 7 or more working days since your tracking details were last updated, please get in touch with our Customer Support team. They will be able to offer you the necessary assistance.

 

I THINK MY ADDRESS IS WRONG ON MY ORDER?

If you happen to input the incorrect address during checkout, unfortunately, we cannot change the address with the courier once the order has been placed. However, you may be able to update your delivery preferences by contacting the courier directly.

If your order has already been shipped, please contact the courier right away. They may be able to assist you.

On the other hand, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please wait until you receive your tracking email. Once you have the tracking number, provide it to the courier, and they may be able to amend the delivery address for you.

It’s important to know that if you input the incorrect address at checkout and the order goes missing or is delivered to that location, we cannot be held accountable for refunding or replacing the order to your preferred location.
