MY ORDER IS WRONG


I’M MISSING SOME ITEMS FROM MY ORDER

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. 

It is possible that the item(s) you ordered were out of stock at the time of purchase. If we are unable to fulfill any item(s) in your order, we will email you about this. Please check your spam/junk folder as well. 

If you have already checked and there’s no email from us and your order is not arriving in separate packages, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking. Please include your order number as well as any other supporting information that you can provide in your email to online sales support.

We will investigate the issue and provide assistance.

I’VE RECEIVED A DIFFERENT ITEM TO WHAT I ORDERED

In the unlikely event you’ve received the wrong item or the wrong order, or your order is damaged in any way, please contact us with the following information, and we’ll get it sorted;

  • Your order number.
  • Any other supporting information that you can provide.

FYI: Claims for damaged or incorrect orders must be made within 7 days of delivery.

 

I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER


ALL RETURNS AT GENERAL GRAPHENE MUST BE APPROVED. 

Please note that all returns must be made within one month of receiving the email confirming shipment. The one-month timeline includes your right to return an item within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. Items must be in their original condition, and you must have received the merchandise before requesting a refund. 

PLEASE CONTACT [email protected] TO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

  • Your Order Number
  • The name and product number of the item that you would like to return.
  • Is the product in its original condition?
  • What is the reason for the return?

Once your return has been approved, you will receive a refund using the same payment method you used to make your purchase. 

Please note that the items being returned must be in perfect condition with all labels intact. 

After approval, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your refund will be paid into your account within a few days. Please keep in mind that payment to your credit card is subject to the policies of your bank or issuer.

It’s important to note that General Graphene Corporation reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit or items that are not in the same condition as they were received. We are not responsible for seeking refunds for any customs duties, Sales or value-added tax, or any other applicable taxes paid by the buyer or consignee of an international sale and shipment.
